Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Orders must be placed by 12PM Pacific Standard Time (PST) to be processed on the same business day. Our orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays). Our standard shipping carrier is USPS and we ask that you anticipate 5-7 business days for standard shipping . Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and US Virgin Islands take 6 to 8 business days. Please select the shipping option that best suits your delivery needs during "Checkout." We do not ship outside the U.S. at this time. These are estimates only.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE INFORMATION
Important Notice:
Due to recent concerns related to COVID-19, extra precautions are being taken to keep our personnel safe. We have implemented a three (3) day quarantine of returned packages. We will accept returns, but please expect a delay in processing your return refund due to these extra precautions to protect our staff.
We guarantee your satisfaction. Though it's very rare, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we want to know about it. We stand behind our products 100%.
Products purchased at US retailers such as department stores or specialty stores must be returned to the store where it was purchased. Please refer to specific store return policies and understand we cannot process returns or refunds on their behalf.
Unopened, unused products purchased from sasshay.com may be returned for a refund within 30 days of purchase. Shipping costs for returned items are the responsibility of the customer, unless the products received are defective or damaged.
We offer a 30-day, 100% money-back guarantee*. If you are dissatisfied for any reason with your product and would like to return it for a full refund, less shipping, please email us at: customercare@sasshay.com for a Return Authorization (RA) request within 30 calendar days of purchasing the product. You will be provided with a USPS shipping label for the return of your product.
Upon return, credit will be applied back to the original card, minus shipping costs if purchased directly from sasshay.com.
Please note that Sasshay does not permit the return of or offer refunds for:
- Purchases more than 30 days old
- Product returned without a valid itemized receipt
- Opened and or used product
- Shipping charges
- Items purchased through a gift card
